PAYMENT POLICY
All payments are due at time of service completion. No exceptions.
We will only allow a deadline for payments no later than 24 hours following job completion on Move-Out Cleaning Services where the customer may not be present and will be paying through a digital app such as Venmo.
A daily fee of $10.00 will be assessed and billed when payment policy is not followed.
Payment methods accepted: Cash. Cashier's Check, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the recent and high amount of last minute cancellations and no-shows, we would like to kindly remind you of our cancellation policy. Regardless if a deposit was made or not, all scheduled appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled.
For appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, $25.00 fee will either be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced if no credit card is on file. For no-shows, $50.00 fee will either be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced if no credit card is on file. *Late Payment Policy Applies
Our staff is truly grateful for the trust you put in us to provide quality service. We simply cannot continue to do what we love if our time is not respected and valued. There will be no exceptions to our listed policies, please book your appointments accordingly.
